Orders

To process your order we DO need all the details: Please include product names and quantities. For the cameras select operating system for the software and lenses. Include billing and shipping contact information so that shipping cost can be calculated. Specify the end user name and email address so that you can receive the software access information. Select payment option. Thank you.

An Order Confirmation Form will be emailed when payment information is received.
A Shipping Notice will be emailed when we ship.
Software Access information will be sent via email when the hardware is shipped.
An Invoice will be mailed to you. If payment is by credit card then the card will be charged when the order is shipped. If payment is by PO then the invoice will be sent at the same time as the shipment.

General Information

SVS stereo software is bundled with the digital stereo heads.
Delivery is three weeks. In most cases we ship much sooner, but we cannot guarantee it.

Prices, Payment, and Charges

We would be glad to provide pricing. Please complete the Request for Quote.
We accept credit cards, bank transfers and checks. For bank transfers we add a $20 fee to cover the bank service charges.
Purchase Order payment is net 30 days from receipt, and must be paid with a bank check (in U.S. dollars) or via wire transfer. We appreciate pre-payment for all customers outside of the United States.
California purchases will be assessed California sales tax. Other purchasers are responsible for any applicable local taxes.
Non-United States shipments may be subject to customs duties, which are paid by the customer.

Shipping

Shipping charges are included in the quote. For cameras the charge is approximately $60 in the United States and $200 outside of the US. For robots the shipping is approximately $125 in the United States and approximately $400 outside the US.
Shipping is typically via UPS or FedEx insured. We usually ship Ground for the US and Worldwide Expedited outside the US.
Shipping can be expedited for an additional fee.

Privacy

We do not use your personal information (phone or fax numbers, address, email) for any marketing efforts, nor do we send or sell this information to anyone else. Your credit card numbers are not kept on our website.

Warranty

Stereo heads and single cameras are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. We will repair or replace the defective parts. Opening the part voids the warranty.
