DCSG Monocular Camera

The DCSG is a monocular VGA camera for machine vision tasks for scenes with motion: Global shutter, low-noise, high-sensitivity CMOS imager.  Color or monochrome. Uncompressed video at VGA resolution (30 fps). Full synchronization of all DCSG cameras on the same bus. Simple IEEE 1394 FireWire interface.  Includes C/CS-mount lens and image acquisition software. High performance and low power with motion capture in a compact package.

Features

Requirements

  • Pentium-compatible PC (Pentium MMX, AMD K6-2 or better) running MS Windows 2000 / XP / Vista* or Linux 2.4 / 2.6 kernel
  • IEEE 1394 PCI or PCMCIA card with a free port, and a 6-pin cable.  IEEE 1394 card must supply 1 W of power through the 6-pin cable.  Most PCI cards do this; PCMCIA cards must have a separate transformer power input.  Interface cards are available from Videre Design, see Accessories

* Vista compatible for all new cameras after 12/01/08. Not compatible with earlier cameras.
