General Information
- SVS stereo software is bundled with the digital stereo heads (STH-MDCS2, STH-MDCS2-VAR, STH-DCSG, STH-DCSG-VAR).

- Delivery is typically within three weeks. In most cases our shipping times are shorter, but we cannot guarantee it.
Quotes
To request a quote, you can complete the Request for Quote Form and fax it to us (+1-650-323-3646) or you can send us email (sales@videredesign.com) listing the part number and quantity of the requested items, and an email address or fax number where we can send the quote.
Order Process
- Complete the Order Form Indicate quantities. Check your preferred options. Include shipping, billing and email contact information. Select payment option.
- Fax the 2-page form to +650-323-3646 or email to sales@videredesign.com or mail to Videre Design, 865 College Avenue, Menlo Park CA 94025 USA.
- An Order Pending Form will be emailed to you if we are awaiting payment. If you request wire transfer, we will email the bank information. There is a $20 fee to cover the bank charges.
- An Order Confirmation Form with estimated shipping date will be emailed when payment is received. We will typically ship within three weeks. In many cases our shipping times are shorter, but we cannot guarantee it.
- A Shipping Notice will be emailed when we ship.
- Software Access information will be sent via email when the hardware is shipped.
- An Invoice will be mailed to you. If payment is by credit card then the card will be charged when the order is shipped. If payment is by PO, the invoice will be sent at the same time as the shipment.
- All shipping is by UPS, and is insured. We include shipping charges and insurance in the quote (approximately $55 domestic and $150 international for STH-MDCS2 stereo heads).
- California purchases will be assessed California sales tax. Other purchasers are responsible for paying any applicable local taxes. Foreign shipments may be subject to customs duties.
Prices and Payment
- Prices are available on the Order Form.
- We accept credit cards, bank transfers and checks.
- Purchase Order payment is net 30 days from receipt, and must be paid with a bank check (in U.S. dollars) or via wire transfer.
Privacy
We do not use your personal information (phone or fax numbers, address, email) for any marketing efforts, nor do we send or sell this information to anyone else. Your credit card numbers are not kept on our website.
Warranty
Stereo heads and single cameras are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. We will repair or replace the defective parts.
