Our specialty is stereo vision hardware and software. Stereo vision provides realtime, full-field distance information, and is useful in a wide variety of fields, including robotics, people-tracking, environment modeling, obstacle avoidance, mapping and navigation, and digitizing books. We use the Small Vision System for realtime stereo analysis from SRI's Artificial Intelligence Center. With high performance and low power in a compact package, our all-digital monocular cameras are designed for machine vision tasks. Our cameras use low noise, high sensitivity CMOS imagers with either VGA or megapixel resolutions, and are available in color or monochrome. |

The Erratic mobile robot platforms are compact, powerful, and capable of carrying a full load of robotics equipment, including an integrated PC, laser rangefinder, sonar, and stereo camera. A powerful lithium iron phosphate battery offers a low-wieght, high-capacity power source for an extended battery life. From an ERA-BASE, with standard features, to a fully loaded ERA-XTD with mulitple sensors and camera, there is a model to meet your needs. With a strong base, plenty of room on the platform to add custom sensors and a highly maneuverable design, the Erratic mobile robot platforms are a workhouse in the classroom and for prototyping applications. |
